David Allen’s Getting Things Done book is… amazing. Its an incredibly flexible system for organization, task management and more. There are so many ways to implement Allen’s system, though, and that is where I think the book falls short. In my opinion, the book should have a thick appendix chock full of examples as to how to put this amazing system to work.
I’ve created a database using Microsoft Access that, I think, is a pretty good, simple implementation of GTD. Here’s a video and a link to the download.
